UCD cell line growth profiles under different endocrine treatments. Cell lines were placed in phenol red free media with charcoal stripped serum 24 h prior to treatment with EtOH (vehicle) or 10 nM E2. UCD4, UCD12, and UCD65 cells were additionally treated with 100 nM 4-OH TAM or 10 nM Fulv. Proliferation was measured using the IncuCyte live cell imaging system.
