IRF8 is a prognostic marker in breast cancer ER-negative cancer. Kaplan-Meier plots of overall survival (OS) and relapse-free survival (RFS) by IRF8 status within molecular subtype BC. IRF8 groups were stratified using median cutoff of IRF8 value.
