Effect of CEP-37440 on the proliferation of non-IBC breast tumor cells and normal breast epithelial cells. Several concentrations of CEP-37440 were tested on the cell lines: a MDA-MB-231, b MDA-MB-468, c MCF-10A and d MCF-12A. CEP-37440 at high concentration inhibited the proliferation of the triple-negative non-IBC cell lines MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 but, also decreased the proliferation of normal breast epithelial cells. A concentration of 3000 nM CEP-37440 inhibited MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 proliferation but also inhibited the proliferation of the normal-like breast epithelial cells MCF-10A and MCF-12A.
