Antibodies against specific antigens are depleted and recover incompletely after chemotherapy. Antibody titres were determined in peripheral blood samples taken from breast cancer patients either before chemotherapy (pre) or at various time-points after the end of chemotherapy (2 weeks [2w]; 3 or 9 months [3m, 6m, 9m]). Data are shown as serum concentrations (top panels) or relative to the matched pre-chemotherapy level (bottom panels).
