Recruitment criteria for families

Male with breast cancer; female with breast or ovarian cancer diagnosed at age <35; female with breast and ovarian cancer diagnosed at any age; female with bilateral breast cancer and first diagnosis at age <50; two individuals in two generations with breast or ovarian cancer; BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation carrier

Male with breast cancer; female with breast or ovarian cancer diagnosed at age <45; female with breast and ovarian cancer diagnosed at any age; two first- or second-degree or three first-, second-, or third-degree relatives with breast or ovarian cancer; BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation carrier

Male with breast cancer; female with breast or ovarian cancer diagnosed at age <45; female with breast and ovarian cancer diagnosed at any age; three individuals in two generations with breast or ovarian cancer, one diagnosed at age <45; BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation carrier
