Serum anti-huHER2 antibodies induced by periodic vaccination of FVB-huHER2 mice with HER2-cell or HuRT-DNA. See Methods section for details on vaccination cycles. HuRT-DNA vaccine group had significantly higher antibody levels than the HER2-cell vaccine group at 4, 24 and 40 weeks of treatment (P < 0.05 by Wilcoxon nonparametric test).
