Ectopic expression of CYP2E1 regulates migration of breast cancer cells. (A) MCF7, MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-157 cells were seeded and incubated with an ibidi culture insert until they reached subconfluent state and then transfected with PCDNA3, CMV-CYP2E1 or CYP2E1 shRNA plasmids and incubated for further 16 h. The size of the gap was measured after 16 h (MCF7, MDA-MB-157) and 8 h (MDA-MB-231). (B) Figure represents the calculations of migration distances of cells in (A).
