  1. Mice were fed on the high-fat (60% kcal) or control diet (10% kcal) for 16 weeks and injected with 4T1 cells, as described in Materials and Methods. Twenty-five days after the injection of 4T1 cells, the mice were killed, and the lungs, livers, kidneys, spleens, and gonadal fat pads were excised from the mice and weighed.
