Limiting dilution analysis of the repopulating frequency of mammary stem cell (MaSC)-enriched cells from either wild-type or Csf1^op/opglands transplanted into wild-type recipients. Cells were injected into the cleared mammary fat pads of three-week-old syngeneic recipients.
