From: Haploinsufficiency for p190B RhoGAP inhibits MMTV-Neu tumor progression
Haploinsufficiency for p190B delays MMTV-Neu tumor onset and causes a decrease in tumor multiplicity. (a) Kaplan-Meier tumor-free survival curve of p190B+/+Neu mice and p190B+/-Neu mice. The median time of tumor-free survival was 251 days and 591 days, respectively. Log-rank test analysis showed a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.0001). (b) Immunoblotting for p190B and ERK in pooled tumor tissue from five tumors of indicated genotypes. (c) Tumor multiplicity for p190B+/+Neu mice and for p190B+/-Neu mice (1.8 and 1.2 tumors per mouse, respectively). Student's t test showed a significant decrease (P < 0.04).
